7 Resistance Band Excercises for your Glutes

Hi friends!  Sharing some of my favorite resistance band exercises focusing on the glutes!

If you’re looking for a good burn and wanting to focus on toning and strengthening your legs- THIS IS IT.

Resistance band training is really great for targeting the muscles in the butt and your body in general.

What I also love about resistance band training is that you can literally do these workouts anywhere.

If you’re at home- yup!

If you’re at the gym- yup!

If you’re traveling- yup!


{Here are the details}

In these 10 second videos, I show 7 movements that focus on toning and shaping your butt as well as your legs.

Do all exercises for 20 reps/ 20 on each leg.

Repeat circuit 2-3 times. 

1. Quad Pull

**I made this name up– no idea what they are called but it works your quad and low core

2. Lying down lateral leg lifts

3. Lying down leg curl

4. Hip Bridge

** Important to really squeeze your glutes. Lift your hips a few inches off the floor.

5. Clamshells

6. Lateral Band Walk

7. Standing Glute Kicks

**shift all your weight into your left leg and place your right toes on the ground about an inch diagonally behind your left heel, so there is tension in the band.

    Oh these seem easy enough to squeeze in throughout the day but also possible to make it more difficult by using a less resistant band! Can’t wait to try these out!
